I was reading about your company culture info in your web site and I see Alice has not take any compromise with the Hongshen clients like me. I need to solve a problem with the litium battery of the main unit of the X431 Tool I bougth in your company but Alice says a lot of times that X431 Tool has not a battery in the main unit. Also, she did not send me the Benz 14 pins connector. Really this is the first and last time I buy a product from your company, I only hope to solve the problems I have now and I will forget that I have contact with your company.
